- Shredded coconut-1/2 cup
- Kaju-4 to 5
- Khus khus-1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds-1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tbsp
- Daniya powder-1 tbsp
- Ginger and Garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Small Onion-10 to 15
- Tomato-1/2
- Water- 2 to 3 cups as required
- Mustard seed- 1/2 tbsp
- Urad dal- 1/2 tbsp
- Curry leaves-6 to 7
- Oil- 2 tbsp
2.Heat oil in a pan.when oil is heated add all seasoning and let it splutter.
3.Then add small onion and tomato fry for few minutes,until onion is lightly brown.
4.Then add coconut paste fry for 5 minutes,then add water stir it well,add salt according to taste,let it boil for few minutes.
5.After that add the mutton pieces,stir it well,cover with the lid in medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
6.After that,open the lid and stir it well,until mutton is cooked,then put the flame to low cover it again,leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
7.Serve hot with rice.
