
Ingredients:
- Chicken-1 lb(1/2 kg) boneless
- Ginger and Garlic paste-2 tbsp
- Onions-2 chopped
- Tomato sauce-2 tbsp
- Soya sauce-1 tbsp
- Capsicum-1 big sliced
- Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
Marination:Marinate the chicken with lots of ginger and garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.Marinate for 1/2 hour.
1.Heat oil in a pan,when oil is heated add chopped onions fry it till onion becomes light brown.
2.Then add the marinated chicken and saute it for 4 to 5 minutes.Then cover it with the lid and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.
3.After 5 minutes,when chicken is half cooked ,add tomato sauce,soya sauce and mix it well so that both the sauce are nicely coated to chicken pieces.
4.Then add the sliced capsicum and mix it well.
5.Capsicum chicken is ready
