Parmesan Bow-Tie Pasta




Ingredients:

  • Bow-tie pasta-3 cup cooked and drained according to the pasta packet
  • Spaghetti sauce-1 jar
  • Ricotta cheese- 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese- 1 cup shredded
  • Parmesan cheese- 1/4 cup grated
  • Oil-1 tbsp

Method:

1.Heat a pan,add oil ,when oil is heated add the cooked pasta,spaghetti sauce,ricotta cheese,1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese and mix it well so that all the cheese and sauce are all coated to pasta.
2.Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes,stirring for 2-3 minutes and leave.
3.Then remove from heat,and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese and cover it with lid for 5 minutes (or) till mozzarella cheese is melted.
4.Serve hot.
