
Ingredients:
- Chicken-12 to 15 pieces
- Onion-2 small chopped
- Tomato-1 chopped
- Green chilli- 2 slit
- Ginger and Garlic paste- 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder- 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves-5 to 6
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Water-1/2 cup
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan,when oil is heated,add chopped onion,curry leaves,green chilli,ginger and garlic paste and little salt and fry for few minutes till onion becomes light brown.
2.Then add chopped tomato and fry for few minutes,then add chicken pieces,turmeric powder,pepper powder and mix it well so that all are coated nicely.
3.Add little water and mix it,cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes in medium flame.
4.After that open and stir it,cook for 5 minutes in low flame till its like little gravy consistency.
5.Serve hot with rice.
